Cheerleading, Pom Dance, Jazz, Lyrical, Hip Hop & Tumbling. With over 22 years of amazing teams, routines and competitions, LA is the place to be for all things Cheer and Dance!

With a nurturing, welcoming and friendly environment, every athlete is a special part of the LA Family.
Along with our experienced coaches, weekly practices are the heart and soul of our season for creating lasting bonds of friendships in each team while working towards competitions.
Our Coaches bring a contagious energy to lessons, pushing our athletes to be their best, while keeping the atmosphere fun and positive. With their expert guidance and unwavering support, our athletes are able to achieve their best & are opened up to some amazing extra opportunities along the way.

Joining Information
Our season runs from July to June each year with the start of the season beginning with informal tryouts and team placements. Practices begin in August, working on team bonding, skills & technique and then choreography. Coaches put together creative, fun & competitive routines to take to the Competitions which usually are held March, May and June. Competitions are the highlight of the season when all athletes get a chance to truly shine and perform. Each season we also hold an exciting Showcase & Awards Evening where all athletes are awarded for all their efforts and can show off their hard work for family & friends!
Our Team
Our fantastic team of coaches are dedicated to making sure every athlete enjoys everything that LA Dance & Cheer has to offer.
They are experienced, fully qualified, PVG checked and First Aid Trained.

Studio 6, located in Portlethen, Aberdeenshire, is the new home for LA Dance & Cheer.
A newly refurbished open plan space, with fully sprung floors, marley dance floor, mirrors, air floors, tumbling equipment and fully accessible by walking, car, bus or train!
